Osei Derrick Bosompem, better known on social media as Nahnah Yaw, was born on 16 August 2001 in Akim Oda, Eastern Region of Ghana. From a young age, Osei demonstrated a keen interest in learning and technology. His educational journey began at Akim Awisa Presby Basic School, where he laid a solid academic foundation before completing his Junior High School education at Akyem Achiase. During his time at New Abirem Senior High School (NASS), he not only excelled academically but also took on the role of School Chaplain, showcasing his leadership abilities and commitment to service.

After completing SHS, Osei’s passion for technology truly took off. Fascinated by tech gadgets, particularly mobile phones, he began to explore the world of tech content creation. In 2021, right after high school, he embarked on a journey to deepen his knowledge by taking various online IT courses, including programming, website design, video editing, blockchain tecnology (crypto currency) and graphic design. As he honed his skills, people in his community began to bring their tech-related problems to him, especially issues with mobile phones. This inspired him to start creating content that could reach a broader audience, aiming to help others navigate the often complex world of technology.

His content creation career officially began in 2021, focusing on simplifying technology and sharing solutions to common tech issues. Osei’s unique approach quickly gained traction, and he became known for his clear and engaging content that helps people understand and make the most of their tech devices. As his influence grew, he had the opportunity to collaborate with over 30 AI companies, five crypto exchange platforms, and several global brands, including Binance, Oraimo,Mspy , Noones, and Bybit, solidifying his reputation as a trusted tech expert in Ghana.
In recognition of his contributions to the tech industry, Osei recently nominated as one of Ghana’s leading tech creators for the prestigious Creator’s Awards (2024) edition, a testament to his dedication and impact. His expertise has also led to invitations from major media outlets like Truth TV and Kingdom FM, where he has shared his journey and insights into the tech world. As Nahnah Yaw, Osei Derrick Bosompem continues to expand his reach, inspire tech enthusiasts, and empower his audience with practical tech knowledge. He remains committed to his mission of making technology more accessible and useful to everyday users, while also looking forward to future collaborations and projects that will further cement his influence in the tech community.
